Mountain Plain Homes has developed an outstanding reputation for top of the line quality at an efficient price with our lean management structure based on family values and over a quarter century of experience catering to the most discriminating clients. Our President, Andy Bailey has accumulated a vast array of knowledge and skills throughout his career in construction which began in 1977 when he started his first company, Bailco, Inc. which was a full service heating and cooling company.

In 1993, Andy founded Mountain Plain Homes and in 1996 sold his interests in Bailco, Inc. to continue the new company’s focus exclusively on community development and the construction of exquisite custom, semi-custom, and upscale low maintenance homes.  Since its inception, Mountain Plain Homes has built dozens of homes in several of Denver Metro Area’s highest profile communities, from Dove Hill in Arapahoe County to Castle Oaks and Ponderosa Summit in Douglas County.  The firm has also been retained by dozens of clients to build exclusive custom homes on privately owned lots.

From 2000 – 2005 Mountain Plain Homes developed, built and sold over 38 single family homes at the Paula Dora Park projects.  Throughout the last decade, Mountain Plain Homes has completed hundreds of commercial Tenant Improvements ranging from a single executive office suite to full restaurants and dental clinics.  With 3 generations of management, values and principles, you can be assured that Mountain Plain Homes will manage every aspect of your project in the most professional manner from excavation to completion.
