Also, Mountain Plain Homes, under contract with the developer, completed construction of a project consisting of two 9-unit office/warehouse buildings located at 350 and 370 North Norfolk Street in Aurora followed by two 10 unit office/warehouse buildings at the same location. We handled all aspects of land development, infrastructure and construction of the project for the owner/developer. In addition MPH under contract completed three tenant finish projects for individual unit buyers in the project. The basic construction value of the four commercial buildings was $2,560,000.00 Dollars. Project began in April 2001 and sustantially completed late November 2002, with the tenant finish projects completed in early 2003.

Also in 2003 Mountain Plain Homes, under contract with developer, completed a total tenant finish office/warehouse project in an existing commercial building near downtown Denver from demolition of interior to completion per plans and specifications of the new tenant under lease with the owner/developer, a three month project.

duplex subdivisions

Between May 1999 and December 13, 1999, Mountain Plain Homes, Inc., purchased developed land named Redstone Park subdivision, and built five pre-plotted duplexes, a total of ten single-family homes with double garages on individual lots between 1119 square feet to 1395 square feet, the last of which closed in December 1999. These homes were two-story, three- and four-bedroom homes with full basements, double garages and a spacious rear patio deck. All homes sold prior to completion of the project.

In 2000, Mountain Plain Homes purchased and developed a 2-1/2 acre site in Arapahoe County called Paula Dora Park subdivision and constructed 11 duplexes (22 single family homes). This successful enclave of homes was closed out in April 2003. Following final approval of Arapahoe County Commission in January 2004, Mountain Plain Homes, Inc. started developing infrastructure and building a subdivision with a private road named South Chester Court. The builder constructed 16 single-family, paired homes with double garages on the site. The project was completed in February 2005.

a return to custom home building

Currently Mountain Plain Homes, Inc., is in the process of constructing custom homes on one-quarter acres lots in Castlewood Ranch Estates, Peakview subdivision and is available for custom home building and expert remodel services along the Front Range.
